I just got a pair of Wailers 112RP2 skis and was wondering if anyone is familiar with the slight design changes to the new model vs the old one. Not a whole lot of literature out there on the differences between the RP and the RP2. The most visible difference that I noticed is that the RP2 is missing the titanal insert in the tip and tail of the ski, perhaps for better damping performance. Does anyone know why DPS did away with that? I kinda liked the bomber feel and durability aspect of it on the old Wailers 112's.
