Want to run at boots in sth. Read through some other posts (sounds like some have used mercuries/vulcans but break pedestals) but looking for info on how many threads folks think I need to keep the toe functioning safely. With a standard din sole there are 12 threads til the toe comes off the pedestal. With the at boots there are 7. Also thinking of milling toe pad thinner. Boots are dalbello lupo ti. Thanks for any info.
How tall can sth16 toe height safely be run?
