Searched this topic but couldn't find anything. Recently bought some new boots online for a screaming deal (dynafit DyNA evo) with a carbon cuff. While trying them on the other day, I noticed a short section of damaged/rough edge on the top of one of the carbon cuffs.
My concern lies in the possibility of it spreading or being a site of weakness and allowing a crack down the cuff to develop with use. Is a repair possible or needed? am i over-reacting? thoughts?
note - online retailer does not have another pair I could swap for. can return them for full refund or keep them plus 15% refund (which is what I am leaning towards).
