In short.
Basically the only boot that fits me. Tried the lot and can't fit my feet in the most (dynafit) in bare shells let alone with liners. Small (24.5) and wide (103mm) foot so...
Bought a pair of Scapa Freeride SLs last winter in cham, geezers promised they could make them wider but...duh. No dice as they are pebax which I only realized after widening attempt.
Still trying to get them changed but seems dubious that they will do it.. #win
Old Quadrants are still holding up but they have about 400 days under them so I am waiting them to disintegrate any given second. I prolly could score a pair of the same gen I have, the yellow/green
snot colored for cheap. But, if I can't, are the newer versions with the same last? I have some hazy memories that they would have changed the last to a bit narrower later but I somehow find it hard to believe as remaking the molds is so bloody expensive?
Kind of hopeful with the new Atomic Backland and Salomons MTN lab boots as they should have some kind of potential with punching but no idea when I could get my hand on the smaller sizes..
And who could do the punching properly..
Otherwise I have about run out of options with the dynafit insert boots. Nothing seems to fit... #sadpanda
