Grouse Fajitas Recipe + Learn to Prepare, Hunt and Clean these birds..

Below is a recipe for Grouse Fajitas and a link on how to prepare, cook, clean and hunt for these amazing birds in the Fall. This is a great way to put food in your belly, get outdoors and spend time with your dog.

How to Cook Grouse
Saute some Garlic

Add in some Bell Peppers ( I like to prep them the night before, see the timeline below.. ) Let them cook for 10 minutes just below Medium

Add in your cut up grouse pieces

Season (I use local Yellowstone Natural Salts from Wyoming ) and crushed up Black Peppercorns

Cook until they look like fajitas :)

Enjoy..

Don’t forget to wash off some of the cooked grouse and give some pieces to your dog too..

Hidden costs of "dropping out" (not school related)

The Heels are going to be empty nesters in about 4 years and we are planning on dropping out of the race. We have college money covered for MiniHeel, I have a pension from 13 years as a classroom teacher, both of us have healthy 401k's, have stocks from FreedaHeel's time in the investment world and have some great equity in our home. Plan is to leave Vail and purchase a nice little rural spot near Schweitzer with the equity, ski and get some low key part time gigs to bring in money for food, booze, insurance and retirement. Big question is what are the hidden costs that people have found with partially retiring at age 50? What are we missing?

$35 fly lines from Bozeman Flyworks. Anyone tried these?

http://ift.tt/1REYm0f

Reviews seem good, prices is obviously great. Has anyone tried them? They also have a sink tip line for the same price. Cheap leaders and tippet as well.

I really like the fact that the fly line comes in a fly box that can be re-used.

marker track bindings.

Hi Guys

I ended up with some new marker binding, but they are the silly track system that only fits K2 skis.

1) can they be “un-tracked” and make into a normal, flat mount binding?

2) can I order just a ski only (new, used, old stock, new, etc) so I can sell them?

3) do you guys want them? will trade for cash, product, a big hug, etc.

basically I don’t need them, but don’t want to throw them out.

one is from an 2008 K2 explorer, mx 12 demo (88mm) and the other is mod 12 with 80mm? brakes

OK, which one of you. . .

Not just a maggot, but a PR maggot. . .
